Enjoyed almost everything, including breakfast and staff, they were nice. Room was a good value. The hotel was located within walking distance to university hospital and other tourist attractions. Grzegórzki district definitely deserves exploring👍

Good as always.
a great hotel for your money!
weather conditions :)
It was ideal for city break, go selection at breakfast
Receiption staff could be a bit more welcoming & friendly.
Visits to historic places, eating out on the square and people watching.
Too expesive for location and standard. Parking not included as part of stay.
Hotel is really nice and friendly environment and also staff are very friendly and very helpful.
N/a But should have wee kettle and cups for tea or coffee in bedrooms
Pleasant Staff, clean, tidy&comfortable
Nothing, but I think that the hotel should make a point of informing visitors/tourists that if they are using the trams they must validate their ticket when they buy it at the tram stop.I did not know this and was nearly fined 250zlts by the ticket inspectors.
The Hotel Chopin was the first place we stayed at in Poland, but as we travelled from one city to another, we realized that your hotel is very expensive. Yes, it is very quiet and has great breakfasts, but it is inconvenient with very small rooms. We are currently staying in a lovely apartment near the Market Square for only $60. per night. This is the place that we will be recommending to our friends.
In general this was a resonable hotel.
We were on the second floor, room 265 and we could not get wifi , i was not happy with this as i had made sure it did have this when booked with booking .com, i told the guy at reception and he seamed to think this was a new problem, either way he could not do much about it. I was talking to another guest on the second floor the next day and this was also a problem for him as well, if they dont have wifi in all the rooms they should not advertise this as i would not have stayed here if i knew this.
The room was very comfortable and cozy, with a good bathroom and air conditioning. They had a hot buffet breakfast every morning, which included scrambled eggs and bacon. Also, I had to have a document shipped from the United States, which they accepted and kept for me even before I arrived.
The location is a bit far from the center (about 20 minutes from the main city square).
Average chain type hotel - cannot say we liked much about it in general.
Not very friendly staff - quite away from city centre though tram ran from close by. Breakfast poor so we did not eat at hotel. A typical bed in a box type place - ok for price we paid. Would not stop there again many better alternatives in Krakow.
Location is excellent: tram stop Rondo Mogilskie is just 3 minutes of walk and most of trams from there (2, 4, 5, 10, 12) bring you to the center, with the tram number 10, you can go directly to the Wawel too (within 10 minutes). Even if our room looked to the city and the road was relatively close, it was not noisy at all. The room was very confy and nice, I like that colorful, stripes design. The beds are also very comfortable. Bathroom was the nicest hotel bathroom I ever did see and everything worked perfectly in it. The breakfast was tasty, variable, nutritive and literally enough for almost the whole, active day of a tourist ;-) Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. In summary, excellent value for the money, when we return to Krakow, we will know which hotel to choose :)
Internet was a little slow, but this is normal in most hotels; only Polish channels were available on tv (which was not a big problem, we did not go to watch tv :) ) .
Good polite staff, nice room, good food - scrambled eggs left a bit to be desired though. Oh and the room didnt have a kettle.
No kettle in rooms Breakfasts were good but the bacon looked though it had been put in a deep fryer and the scrambled eggs looked more like liquid than eggs.
Rooms were clean and well appointed. Breakfast was good with a variety of selection. A short tram ride or a 15-20 minute walk to the old town.
Noise from adjoining room came thought the air vent.
Breakfast buffet is great
Rooms are very narrow. No space for luggage. Location was a bad surprise. Hotel home page says it is located at 0.4 km from railways station. Not true. Taking the tram is a solution, but not so easy. Frequency too low in evening.
