Extremely comfy bed, spotless bathroom and a lounge, an iron and ironing board in the room.

Had a really great stay on business trip. Exceptionally nice room in tv, the staff was kind. Everything was brand-new, and the breakfast was good and perfect with quality food.

Everything was fine, the staff were hard-working and the location was decent. Loved my stay, did not want to leave.

I appreciated the stay. By and large, it was reasonably priced and well-maintained place with hard-working staff on the reception desk. The location was decent, at a medium distance from Kazimierz.

Liked our very comfortable stay at this hotel and will definitely visit place next time.

The room we had included a lounge, an iron with ironing board, and a chair. The breakfast offered plenty of savoury meals. The location was good and decent: a main market and a market were within walking distance.

The location was good and decent, you can visit Krakow Opera by walking. Also, it was minute walk from a bus station.

Disappointing aspect was smelly bathroom.

Nicely furnished, compact room complete with a pull out bed and bath and shower plus shower. The breakfast itself is excellent and the food is tasty!

The location is situated near the tram stop, making it very efficient to get around everywhere, including the historical city center within a 15-minute walk. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, like the TV and very comfortable 

It was ideal for city break, go selection at breakfast

Receiption staff could be a bit more welcoming & friendly.
